If you decide to return a product simply because you’ve changed your mind, a 15% charge will apply to the total installment amount paid so far
Shipment will only occur after final payment is processed if a subscriber fail to pay as at when due but if we have delivered your sewing machine, sewing parts or sewing accessories,you shall return the item(s) immediately after the grace period of five working days or else we shall proceed to retrieving it and neccessary legal action shall follow duely with penalies.
Should you choose to liquidate the remaining total before the term ends, your sewing machine accessories will be dispatched right away without delay.
we strongly advice you test your sewing machine properly at delivery point. However, while this isn't covered under warranty, we’d be happy to assist by providing a certified engineer and genuine parts at your expense.
A remedial period of 3 days for weekly payments and 7 days for monthly payments is provided. However,overdue fees of 5% per week or 10% per month accrue once the grace period ends. Kindly ensure the sewing machine is returned to us immediately to avoid further dues and we shall sell off as "used item". For your reimbursement, a holding period on sales proceeds will be enforced prior to final refund calculation. You must allow a processing window after the sale to calculate the amount payable after all neccessary deductions.
You may opt to pay in full with a single transaction using the one-time payment method and your sewing machine/parts/accesaories will be delivered immediately
