All rights are reserved, notwithstanding the permission granted to use this site and site services. We exclusively own all intellectual property rights in and to the Site and Site Services. Marks, logos, and brands not owned by us belong to their respective proprietors. Therefore, we explicitly withhold permission for the use of any trademarks or logos found on our site.

OPERATING SYSTEM

DISCONTINUATION OF SERVICE

We hold the right to terminate without prior notice if:

  1. You are in gross violation of the agreement.
  2. adversely affect the user experience for others.
  3. this would place the organization in legal jeopardy.
  4. this is outside the scope of our legal authority.

Subscriber with no pending liabilities may cancel their subscription at any time as we also maintain the authority to halt or end your service access, with notification, if:

  1. You are in noncompliance with our policies
  2. Your behavior/conduct is risky and could lead to substantial liability for all involved.
  3. You have transgressed the policies outlined in our user agreement.
  4. It is unauthorized by law.
  5. Notice will be sent to your account-associated email address with reasonable lead time to address the concerns and grant the right to rescind your subscription and apply for a repayment were neccessary.

In the event of continued noncompliance after this warning,we may limit, block, deactivate, or cancel your account, with or without cause, in our sole discretion.

Except as mutually consented to in writing by both parties may have an end of engagement without obligation to provide reasons subject to prior written notice to the counterparty, such action shall effectuate the simultaneous termination of all associated terms of service except as explicitly modified in our terms and conditions. Access to the site and services is voided instantly following your valid cancellation of the service. Ending your use of the Service Site while an installment agreement remains active will result to deactivation of your account. Your obligations under this Agreement and Terms of Service remain in effect until all instalment plans are fully settled on the Site.

PAYSMALLSMALL NIG. LTD shall persist in providing the on-site support required to fulfill any outstanding payment arrangements. Your obligation to pay all incurred or pending charges survives. The amounts owed and unpaid, calculated at the date of final closure for access to the site, features, or other costs outlined in the terms.

If we have reason to believe the information provided is inaccurate/deceptive/fraudulent,your account will be suspended/ terminated; further access using this or any other account is prohibited and also using multiple accounts may result in the immediate and permanent termination of all associated accounts.

CESSATION OF OPERARIONS

Services may be suspended or terminated without notice due to factors beyond our reasonable control or legal mandates. Upon such action, we will provide adequate advance notice, allowing you to withdraw from our services. We will reimburse the prepaid, unearned portion of the installment but contingent upon prior service delivery, you are required to provide immediate payment and should you default on this obligation, you will be in breach of our contract,we will initiate legal proceedings for the reclamation of the devices or the recoupment of the outstanding balance as we judge necessary.

CUSTOMER PAY SMALL SMALL AGREEMENT

This agreement explains how the PAY SMALL SMALL™ installment service works. It is meant to be easy to understand.

By signing this agreement, you agree to all the terms below;

1. WHAT PAY SMALL SMALL™ IS

PAY SMALL SMALL™ is an online marketplace that helps people buy sewing machines, parts and/or accessories. Fashion designers, Tailors, Leather craftsmen, Seamstresses, Cobblers, Interior decorators, Bookbinders, Hatters, Cordwainers, Hobbyists, and other sellers.

Customers can buy sewing machines/sewing parts/ sewing accessorries and pay for them little by little, without interest, at normal market prices.

2. HOW THE PAYMENT PLAN WORKS

  1. You choose the sewing machine/parts/accessories on the PAY SMALL SMALL™ platform.
  2. You select an installment plan (weekly or monthly).
  3. You pay the first installment to start.
  4. Once you have paid at least 50% of the total price, the device will be delivered to you.
  5. You must continue paying until the full amount is completed.
  6. The device becomes fully yours only after full payment.

5. LATE PAYMENTS

  1. If you miss a payment, it is considered late.
  2. PAY SMALL SMALL™ may give a short grace period.
  3. Repeated late payments may lead to account suspension and device withdrawer.

PENALTIES & ITEM RECOVERY

  1. If payments stop for a long time, penalties may apply.
  2. PAY SMALL SMALL™ has the right to take back the item if payments are not completed.
  3. Any cost of recovering the item will be paid by the customer.

ENDING THIS AGREEMENT

PAY SMALL SMALL™ can end this agreement if you break the rules stated above.

LEGAL COVER

By checking the terms of service on the payment, you confirm that you understand and agree to this payment arrangement. We may change, upgrade, or discontinue any component of these Services at any time for better experience and service to you. We will provide an update prior to the change being implemented via email address provided on your account with us. If you continue to operate the Account at any time after notice of such Revised Terms, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to such changes. You are in charge of your personal details and can revise them anytime and please verify the accuracy of all submitted personal data.
