Terms & Conditions

1. A buyer can either choose a one-off payment or installment plan and can also decide to change the period of installment before the delivery is processed.
2. We hold the right to either approve or deny any of the item(s) ordered.
3. If you choose to spread your payment, your order of installment shall be equal across the period of installment. Note, you cannot change the number of installments once your order has been processed for delivery. However, buyers can only ask to change their installment plan before reaching the middle of the desired installment plan, or before delivery is processed, which is subject to approval by PAY SMALL SMALL NIG. LTD management.
4. To use paysmallsmall.org installment service, you are required to:
   1. New users shall sign up while existing customers shall sign in.
   2. Choose your desired sewing machine, parts, accessories, etc. as displayed on the site.
   3. Proceed to choose your desired installment plan.
   4. Provide any other information required by PAY SMALL SMALL NIG. LTD.
   5. Your payment card details are required to ensure automated payment. If you fail to do so, items may be withheld until the full installment is made. Your payment card must be valid until the end of the installment. Delivery may be postponed to allow for a new card that will cover the last installment.
   6. Orders may not be processed should you refuse to include your payment card details. Only when all installments have been fully paid will your order be processed and delivery taken.
   7. Once your application has been granted on an installment payment plan (it may also be denied at our discretion), you must comply and agree with the following:
      1. You must cancel all foreign travel for the duration of your installment payment. If you do, you shall not be entitled to delivery of ordered item(s) until the total installment has been fully paid.
      2. You must take your order in person and at the registered address entered on your registration form. Your item must remain at the registered address until the last installment is made.
      3. This item must not be gifted or transferred to another person until full payment is made. We shall terminate an active installment if a subscriber fails in his/her agreement plan. Refunds shall be made at 15% of the total installment paid.
      4. Inconsistent payment by a buyer shall not entitle delivery of item(s) until full payment is made.
5. Your eligibility to receive your order is at half of the full price (50%) provided you were consistent with the installment payment plan.
   Please note that all item(s) delivered on an installment payment plan remain the property of PAY SMALL SMALL NIG. LTD until the full price is paid. Ownership remains with PAY SMALL SMALL NIG. LTD until full payment is made. Your usage of the item(s) delivered to you shall be regarded as rent until full installment is paid.
6. Late Fees / Charges
   If delivery has been taken by a subscriber:
   Weekly subscribers who fail to pay on the due date shall incur a 5% charge on the installment amount until payment is made, while monthly subscribers shall incur 10%. There is no limit to the number of times these charges shall apply until payment is fully made and cleared.
   Action on Fraud / Defaulting Subscriber:
   On suspicion of fraud or default in previous payments, we may not deliver the item until payment is made in full, at management discretion.
7. All selected item(s) are subject to availability at 50% installment payment plan (e.g., six weeks of a 12-week plan). If the ordered item is unavailable at the 50% installment period, the buyer shall wait while we make a reasonable effort to make the item(s) available or choose another within the same price range.
   1. The buyer shall pay the current price of the item as shown on the site and not the ordered date.
   2. We hold the right to review the purchase price of any item(s) with an increase or decrease in value before the midpoint of the installment plan.
   3. The buyer shall be notified to accept the difference before delivery is processed.
   4. Only by mutual agreement will the order be delivered with fulfilled terms and conditions.
8. Undelivered item(s) can be terminated on request by the buyer. However, a refund shall be granted at 15% of the total installment plus deposit paid.
9. No refund shall be made earlier than four weeks.
10. On failure to adhere to our terms & conditions after delivery, we shall retrieve the item(s) under the following conditions:
    (i) If a subscriber is found ineligible (e.g., underage), we shall immediately stop such a plan and void the installment payment as soon as possible.
11. The following are the requirements for eligibility to subscribe to paysmallsmall.org installment plan:
    1. Interested buyers must first sign up to register on www.paysmallsmall.org.
    2. Be a Nigerian adult with a verifiable address in Lagos and legally able to enter a contract.
    3. Must have a valid email address and telephone number which are verifiable.
    4. Must have a valid ID card verifiable on both NIN and BVN.

    5. Must be an authorized user of a debit card (MasterCard, Verve, etc.) and able to use the provided payment method.
    6. Must grant us access to his/her naira debit card for payment automation.
    7. Must agree to all our terms and conditions fully.
    8. All sewing machines, parts, and accessories listed on paysmallsmall.org are described by their respective producers, who are responsible for defects or damages. PAY SMALL SMALL NIG. LTD shall not be liable for any such damages or errors. We do not manufacture any products; we are simply a marketplace with a BIG HEART.
