Post-Purchase Policy & Guarantee

Our responsibility is limited to the terms and conditions of the original manufacturer's warranty. We are unable to consider feature requests that deviate from the advertised product functionality, as we cannot accommodate feature requests outside the scope of the original specifications. Therefore, we recommend that customers thoroughly examine the product specifications prior to purchase to verify suitability for their requirements.

Guarantee and Conditions of Sale

A. The descriptions provided are generic and subject to exceptions, which may vary by vendor or the sewing machine/sewing parts/sewing accessories.

Warranty is void if:

1. From improper use, damage from accident or disaster, modifications made without Manufacturer's written approval, or normal wear and tear.
2. By way of trade in leasing for commercial purposes.
3. The damage is a result of an unforeseen incident.
4. Inadequate care.
5. Depreciation or decrease in value or quality over time, especially with use.
6. Power quality issues or voltage sag/dip disturbances.
7. Improper assembly/careless or negligent installation/bungled setup.
8. Erroneous operation.
9. Specific intense events like flood, flash flood, wildfire, firestorm, lightning, heat wave, or cold wave.

B. Post-sale alterations not endorsed by the manufacturer.

C. The sewing machine is improperly serviced or maintained.

Exclusion of Clause Within Legal Bounds

1. This document contains all the warranties provided by the manufacturer; no other guarantees are given.
2. Out-of-warranty service is subject to a charge imposed by the manufacturer/representative.
